Cloning your face

The Video Persona tab in the Persona app allows you to clone your face and assign it to your digital clone, making interactions more personal and engaging by enabling video chats. Follow these steps to successfully create and manage your Video Persona.

Step 1: Accessing the Video Persona Tab

1. Open the Persona App: Launch the Persona app on your device.

2. Navigate to the Video Persona Tab: Click on the "Video Persona" tab from the left sidebar menu.

Step 2: Recording Your Training Video

Follow the Video Instructions

1. Watch the Instructional Video: Carefully watch the provided instructional video to understand the recording requirements. Please note: you do not follow the instructions, the face cloning will fail.

Recording Your Video

1. Record Your Video: Follow the instructions exactly as shown in the video. Deviating from these instructions can result in a failed cloning process.
   
   

   • High-Quality Recording: Use a high-quality camera and microphone.

   • Quiet Environment: Record in a quiet place with good lighting.

2. Upload Your Video: Drag and drop your video file into the designated area or click "Browse" to select the file from your device.
   
   

3. Click "Next": After uploading your video, click the "Next" button to proceed.

Step 3: Entering Conversation Phrases

Manage Phrases

1. Enter Phrases: You need to provide specific phrases that your Persona will use during various points in a conversation. These include:

   • Intro: What your Persona says when it starts a video chat.

   • No Reply: What your Persona says when it doesn’t have an answer.

   • Ending Warning: What your Persona says when there are no new messages after a minute.

   • Ending: What your Persona says when there are no new messages after two minutes.

2. Save Phrases: After entering the phrases, click the "Save" button to store them.

Step 4: Face Cloning Process

Processing

1. Start Cloning: Once you have uploaded your training video and saved your phrases, the face cloning process will begin.

2. Processing Time: The cloning process can take up to 30 minutes. You will receive an update via email once the process is complete.

Completion

1. Completion Notification: After the cloning process is complete, you will see a notification on the Video Persona tab.

2. Manage Phrases: You can now click the "Manage Phrases" button to update or refine the phrases your Persona uses.

Step 5: Finalizing Your Persona

Reviewing Video Responses

1. Visit Knowledge Base: Go to the Knowledge Base tab to review the video responses generated from your training data.

Updating Phrases

1. Click "Manage Phrases": If needed, update the phrases your Persona uses to ensure accurate and contextually appropriate responses during interactions.
